Tour DescriptionThis private tour with a personal guide is a combination of guided walking, swimming and a boat trip. A unique experience in the Akamas area, the most beautiful and unspoilt part of Cyprus.
Our adventure starts at the legendary Baths of Aphrodite. This cave pool is where Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love, used to take her bath and meet with her lover, Adonis. We then walk westward for about 6 km along the rugged north coast of Akamas, enjoying glorious views of the coastline and the sea. We can also include a visit the ruins of Saint George chapel if you would like. Once we reach Blue Lagoon cove we have the opportunity to relax and have a swim in the beautiful waters of this famous and stunning bay. Our final adventure is a boat ride so we can enjoy the beautiful scenery from a different angle. Our journey ends at the charming harbour at Latchi village on the North coast. This trip starts in the early afternoon so that we can experience one of the most beautiful times of the day - the sunset. Return to your hotel will be around 21.00-22.00 at night. This is a small group private tour for 1-6 people with a professional guide. As it is a private tour the itinerary has some flexibility if you wish to spend longer at a stop to walk or discover additional sights. Tour Schedule
This is a full afternoon/evening tour, around 8-10 hours of touring in the Akamas area including journey time from/to your accommodation. It is available any day from May to October, excluding national holidays, subject to availability. When there is high demand we may offer you an alternative date if all our guides are already booked on tours. Please book at least 3 days in advance. For last minute bookings, please contact us and we will do our best to book you on this tour.
Departure Points / Pick up locations
This tour is available from Limassol and Paphos with pick up from accommodation in these areas. Pick up times will be around 13.30. You will be transported to the walk starting point. At the end of the walk you will be returned back to your accommodation. If you are arriving from another area we can arrange for you to join the walk at a convenient meeting point.
