Love Ayia Napa acts as a booking agent only. We have booked thousands of people on trips, tours and activities in Ayia Napa over the past decade and offer a unique personal service that you do not get from large international travel companies.
Payments
We accept payment by Paypal and by Credit/Debit cards (processed through Stripe)
Confirmations
As soon as we receive your booking, we check that you have provided all the details we need (hotel name, correct day etc) and then we make the booking with the relevant supplier. Most bookings will be confirmed within a few hours. At weekends or overnight it may take a little longer but we aim to confirm all bookings within 24 hours. If there is any delay in confirmation for any reason we will keep you updated by email.

Tickets
We are paperless. No paper tickets will be sent to your address. Please check your email confirmation for meeting information relevant to your booked activity/experience.
Last Minute Bookings
If you are booking for something departing within 24 hours (48 hours at peak season) then there is a chance the experience/tour will be full, BUT we will always try! If you are booking last minute you can either email us first on [email protected] so we can check availability or you can go ahead and make the booking and we will try our best to book you (If you are flexible with dates then this option usually works out well) Please bear in mind that if we need to refund your payment and you have paid by card, it can take up to 10 days to show back on your account.
Customised and Tailor-Made Tours and itineraries
We can tailor make or customise a wide variety of tours and itineraries in Cyprus. Our suppliers can provide us with coaches, jeeps, boats and expert tour guides, along with unique experiences such as diving, wine tasting, food sampling, hiking, watersports and more. Please let us know your ideal itinerary and we will custom make a holiday experience to suit your needs.
If we need to cancel your booking
If you have booked for a date that isn't available (either fully booked, or you've chosen a date that a trip does not operate on) we will contact you straight away and offer you an alternative date/time or option. If this alternative is not suitable for you then we will cancel your booking and refund the payment.
Very rarely our suppliers may not be able to provide the service booked. This would usually be due to very high demand, not enough demand, weather conditions or other unforeseen operational issues. Should we be unable to book you on your chosen date/time we will offer you the closest alternative or you may choose to cancel with a full refund. This only happens very rarely. We will contact you by email as soon as possible if there are any changes to your booking that we need to advise you of.

If you wish to cancel your booking
Cancellations within 72 hours of the start time of your booked activity or experience are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations before this time may receive either a full or partial refund according to the suppliers conditions. In the case of deposit only payment, all deposits are non-refundable unless your activity does not run on the date you have booked.

Love Ayia Napa was founded in 2010 as an online resort guide and has since developed into a complete booking site for a wide variety of holiday experiences. It is now the largest website dedicated to the Ayia Napa region and offers endless information and options to ensure you have the best holiday possible in this beautiful resort.
Love Ayia Napa is owned and operated by Terri Guy, a former travel agent and tour operator holiday representative who lived and worked in Cyprus for many years. She now resides on the West Coast of Ireland with her husband and small children. Her years spent in Cyprus allow her extensive knowledge of the best places to go and things to see. She also gained a large network of suppliers for all kinds of trips, tours, excursions, activities and in-resort services. The website continues to grow with new tickets and tours being added all the time.
