Tour DescriptionMedusa Cruises have one of the biggest and most modern boats sailing from Protaras. The yacht has a lower deck with indoor seating space and a large deck area, plus a top deck so there's plenty of space to soak up the sun and enjoy the scenery. This boat is also one of the few that is wheelchair accessible and has an adapted toilet.
The cruise sails daily through the summer, departing from Golden Coast harbour at 10.30 and Protaras jetty at 10.45 so you can choose the most convenient pick up location for you. We then sail westwards towards Cape Greco, passing the many beaches and bays of Protaras along the way. Sailing all the way to Ayia Napa sea caves there's also chance to enjoy a refreshing dip in the crystal clear waters at the swimming stop. We then sail back towards Famagusta ghost town for a few of the abandoned city, before returning to the harbour around 14.30. You can choose to enjoy a tasty lunch on board if you choose the ticket with lunch. There is also a bar on board where you can purchase drinks and snacks along the way at very low prices. The Medusa Boat has all modern conveniences and everything needed for your comfort and safety, including life vests, toilets and showers. Medusa Cruises Schedule
Medusa Cruises sails from April to the end of October, weather permitting. The trip departs at 10.30am from golden Coast Harbour and 10.45 from Protaras jetty. The cruise returns around 14.30. The boat will cruise from Protaras, past fig tree bay, Blue Lagoon, Cape Greco, the sea caves and then back up to the Famagusta ghost town viewpoint. In the case of bad weather for sailing, we may need to reschedule your trip. If this happens we will offer an alternative date/time. If we can not find a suitable alternative we will refund your payment. Please book at least 48 hours in advance. For last minute bookings, please contact us and we will do our best to book you on this tour. At times of high demand we may need to offer you an alternative date if the tour is fully booked.
Departure Points / Pick up locations
This boat sails from Protaras Golden Coast Harbour and from Protaras jetty. Transport to the harbour is not included. This can be arranged for you at an extra cost. Please contact us for a quote. Directions to the boat will be sent within your confirmation email.
