Tour Description
A Quad Safari is a must for anyone seeking adventure! Great fun groups, families and couples, this is a great way to explore beyond the beaches as you'll be taken on an off road journey of discovery down hidden paths. Experience the stunning coastline with its cliffs and caves as well as the unspoilt countryside of the district around Ayia Napa and Protaras.
After pick up from your hotel in Ayia Napa or Protaras area, you will be transferred to the Quad Bike Station where you will collect your quad bike and helmet. The tour always begins with a comprehensive safety talk. Next your qualified quad bike professional will explain how to ride the quad bikes. These quad bikes, with up to 2 people on each vehicle, are very easy to handle.
We then head off on the tour towards Cape Greco National Forest Park. Located on the south east coast of Cyprus, Cape Greco is an area of unspoiled natural beauty and conservation area. We go both on and off road with a mix dirt tracks, paths and roads. There are plenty of stunning natural landmarks and sights to see on the tour with great photo opportunities.
Your first stop will be Agios Epiphanios Chapel with panoramic views of Ayia Napa and Paliochori, a byzantine settlement destroyed during Arab invasions. We then travel down to the coast for our next stop, the popular Sea Caves. These caves are spread over 500 metres and cut away into ten metre sea cliffs along the rocky coast. Take the opportunity to photograph nature’s work of art.
Next we go deep into Cape Greco National Park and you will feel the thrill as you rumble along dirt tracks. We stop at Ayii Anargoiri Chapel which is one of the few buildings in the park. Under the chapel you may visit a cave where it is believed that blessed water of the saints is contained.
Our last stop before heading back to the quad station is Konnos Bay Viewpoint. This gorgeous pine fringed beach has the bluest sea imaginable and it's a picture perfect view of the coast from here.
