Tours and Excursions to Choirokoitia from Ayia Napa

Choirokoitia is a Neolithic settlement located a short distance from Larnaca city, and around 6km inland. It is one of the most important prehistoric sites in the Eastern Med and was occupied from the 7th to the 4th millennium B.C. The excavations at the site have shown it to have fascinating archaeological evidence of the first human occupation of Cyprus. The settlement consists of circular houses made from mud bricks and stones and having flat roofs.
