Stay in a luxury villa close to Ayia Napa's most popular beach
The area around Nissi beach is known as Nissi Bay. This area includes several lovely beaches as well as the famous Nissi Beach. There is Sandy Bay, a popular horseshoe cove, Nissi's twin beaches, Landa Beach and several bays at Macronissos. Many of the villas here are located on side streets leading off Nissi Avenue which is the main road leading into the town of Ayia Napa, and some are on Tefkrou Anthia street which runs parallel to Nissi Avenue.
Besides the great beaches, one of the other benefits of staying in this area is that you don't need to hire a car. Nissi Beach is around 30 minutes walk from the centre of Ayia Napa so depending on the exact location of your villa, it may be possible for you to walk into town. There is a regular bus service which runs the length of Nissi Avenue into the centre and taxi's are readily available. There is a selection of shops, restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes walk of all the villas in the Nissi Bay area.
