The Mermaid Cruise sails from Protaras which is just a few miles along the coast from Ayia Napa. (Transport from Ayia Napa is available for a small charge or you can also get the local bus or a taxi)
This fun boat trip is great for kids and has plenty to do. As well as swimming with mermaids there's other onboard characters who keep the kids entertained during the 2 hour trip. There's face painting, story time with Tinkerbell, Billy Bones treasure hunt and games and dancing for the kittle ones. It's a really unique trip that smaller kids will adore and remember forever.
The Mermaid cruise sails every Saturday from the end of May until the start of September and is on board a 3 deck Mega Yacht. This boat has plenty of seating plus an inside deck area for shade.

The Discovery Boat trip is an all round favourite with all ages but kids will especially love meeting Coco the Parrot. 
This trip is more suited to kids who can entertain themselves for a while and will enjoy the experience of cruising. There's a really nice BBQ on board the crew are fun and friendly and there's plenty of time for swimming at the blue lagoon and Cape Greco. 
Whilst there's not much in the way of entertainment, the day is relaxed and if you're looking for a longer cruise than the options above, this is a good choice for families. 
The Discovery cruise sails from Ayia Napa habour at least 3 times a week from May to October. Usually on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday but extra days are added when there is high demand.  Transport to the harbour from Ayia Napa and Protaras hotel areas is also available for a small charge.
